Ingredients
  • 1 overripe banana
  • ¼ c. peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 t. sugar
  • 3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ c. add-ins of your choice, such as chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruits

Instructions
  1. Mash banana in a large mug with a fork.
  2. Add the peanut butter and egg.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in sugar and cocoa and beat until smooth.
  5. Fold in add-ins.
  6. Divide batter between two mugs.
  7. Microwave separately for 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes each until risen and firm.

Notes
*****Topping ideas: Whipped cream, ganache, chocolate sauce or candied nuts.
