Lime Pesto Tuna Steaks

  • 2 large sushi grade tuna steaks, seasoned
  • ¼ c. pesto sauce
  • 3 T. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 2 T. fresh lime juice
  • Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
  • PAM
  • Olive oil

  1. Rub the steaks with olive oil and season tuna steaks.
  2. Take a grill pan and spray with PAM and drizzle olive oil in bottom of pan. Make sure whole pan is covered.
  3. Mix the pesto, chili sauce, lime juice. It should make a thick paste.
  4. Take the pesto paste and coat both sides of the steaks.
  5. Heat pan. Gently place steaks in pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each side (depending on the way you like it cooked.)
  6. Squeeze more fresh lime juice on top before serving.
