Fresh Raspberry Sauce
Recipe By:

  • 1 pt. fresh raspberries (can substitute strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • Juice of ½ lemon

  1. Place clean berries in blender or food processor.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.

*****This is good to spread on dessert plate before placing your cake, brownie, etc. on plate. You can also use to drizzle over desserts, fruits and ice creams.
