Fresh Raspberry Sauce

- 1 pt. fresh raspberries (can substitute strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
- ¾ c. sugar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Place clean berries in blender or food processor.
- Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Puree until smooth.
- Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
*****This is good to spread on dessert plate before placing your cake, brownie, etc. on plate. You can also use to drizzle over desserts, fruits and ice creams.
